Scheduled Water Line Repair turned into an Emergency Repair

WCID3 crews are actively working on repairing the water line break that was originally scheduled for Monday, June 1st but the line broke this morning placing it in emergency status for repair. The line repair is located at the corner of N. 10th St & E. Ave H in Nolanville.
The road from the corner of N. 10th St and E. Ave H and up to Sims Ridge will be closed for the repair.
Customers living on N. 10th St and East of N. 10th St. are experiencing either water service interruption or low water pressure.

***A precautionary boil order is in effect for the affected customers.

UPCOMING WATER LINE REPAIR ON MONDAY, JUNE 1ST

WCID3 crews will be completing the water line leak repair located at the corner of N. 10th St and E. Ave H on Monday, June 1st.

There is a possibility that water services will be interrupted for customers living on N. 10th St and all addresses East of N. 10th St.

A Precautionary Water Boil Order will be issued if water services are interrupted.

The road will be blocked off during the repair from 10th St. up to Sims Ridge.

Upcoming Water Line Repair - N. 10th St & E. Ave H

Bell County WCID3 (BCWCID3) crews will be completing a water line leak repair within the next week at the corner of N. 10th St and E. Ave H.
Line locates have been requested from Texas811. BCWCID3 Crews are unable to begin the repair until the requested locates have been completed.
Once the repair begins, there is a possibility that water services will be interrupted for customers living on N. 10th St and all addresses East of N. 10th St.
The road will be blocked off during the repair from 10th St. up to Sims Ridge.
We will update with a repair date once the line locates are completed.

To avoid disconnect for April water bills that were due on 4/10, please take care of it today!

BELL COUNTY WCID3 STAGE 1 DROUGHT RESPONSE
REMINDER OF LAWN WATERING SCHEDULE
Due to drier-than-normal conditions, the Brazos River Authority (BRA) is announcing the implementation of Stage 1 – Drought Watch Conditions for Lakes Possum Kingdom, Whitney, Aquilla, Proctor, Belton, Limestone, Somerville, Stillhouse Hollow, and Georgetown.
This is designed to raise awareness of the developing drought situation.
Stage 1 – is a water conservation by avoiding non-essential water uses to achieve a target reduction of 5% of the district’s total water demand.
WCID3 already has a lawn irrigation schedule in place.
Irrigation of landscaped areas with hose-end sprinklers or automatic irrigation systems should be limited to two days per week between 10pm and 6am.
Even addresses water on Monday & Wednesday
Odd addresses water on Tuesday & Thursday
Outdoor watering is discouraged between 6am and 10pm – except with hand-held hoses.
The goal of the notice is to bring additional awareness to our community.

3/25/26 Water Leak with Boil Order

Work has been completed in the Pecan Village MHP. All customers that experienced no water or low pressure will have a boil order.

A boil order has been issued for the area.

UPDATE-EMERGENCY WATER LEAK REPAIR -- N. MAIN ST--

A Boil Water Notice is being issued for the North Side of I-14 Customers.
The Boil Order only affects customers that experience low water pressure or water service interruption during the repair.

Services that are/were not affected are not included in the boil order.

WCID3 Crews are working an emergency water leak on N. Main St this morning. It is unknown at this time if water interruption will be required to complete the repair, but it is possible that the North Side of I-14 will have to be turned off.
Updates will be provided as they are received.
