彩虹康樂中心成立於2014年，於2018年搬遷至亞特蘭大交通便利的Jimmy Carter。

彩虹康樂中心是亞特蘭大華人社區最優質的老人服務中心，建築面积26000尺，專為65岁以上持用白卡(Medicaid)、低收入、身體有障礙的长者提供服務的康樂活動中心，所有服務經費由聯邦政府提供。

彩虹康樂中心提供五項服務項目，包括福利申請、交通、餐飲、活動、健康，內部環境按照政府要求的國際化標準，進行區塊劃分，動靜皆宜。致力於提供安全、豪华、舒适的活动空间，集健康、休闲、娱乐、享受为一体，温暖又温馨!
