Tonight’s the night! We’re saying farewell to the Summer Concert Series with one final evening of live music, dancing and summer fun! Join us tonight, August 28 from 7:30–9:30 p.m. at Thrasher Park for a high-energy finale featuring Macon Music R***e! Get ready for soulful vocals, fiery guitar riffs and Southern rock sounds celebrating Macon’s legendary musical roots, including icons like Little Richard and The Allman Brothers.

Don’t miss your last chance to soak up summer in Downtown Norcross! Bring your lawn chairs, blankets, family and friends, grab dinner from a Downtown favorite and settle in for one final night under the stars. See you there!

We’re paving the way for better roads in Norcross!

The City’s next round of road resurfacing begins Monday, August 31. The $1.8 million project will improve 19 streets across the city, with work scheduled through October.

This project continues to be a major investment for the City. Since June 2024, Norcross has resurfaced 71 roads covering 21.4 miles, approximately 52% of all City-maintained roadways. Altogether, that work represents an investment of $8.9 million in safer, smoother streets for our community.

Drivers should expect temporary lane closures and possible delays near work areas. Please slow down, follow posted signs and use caution around crews. Dates are subject to change due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
