Army Reserve Soldiers from the 4th Joint Communications Squadron, JCSE "Mustangs, Sound the Charge!", a subordinate unit to the JECC-.S. Army Reserve Element, supported the 2024 Randy Oler Memorial Operation Toy Drop last month.
They provided the event with network and radio communications capabilities.

An (right), joint intelligence planning officer for the Joint Planning Supporting Element (JPSE), headquartered in Norfolk, Virginia, was promoted to the rank of lieutenant colonel during a promotion ceremony at the Joint Enabling Capabilities Command (JECC) Headquarters, Naval Station Norfolk, Virginia, June 29, 2023.

The Joint Planning Support Element rapidly deploys tailored, ready, PUBLIC AFFAIRS PROFESSIONALS, joint planners, operators, logisticians, knowledge managers and intelligence specialists in order to accelerate the formation and increase the effectiveness of newly formed Joint Task Force Headquarters.

Strategic Army Rail!

On Sunday, 16 April, 2023, JECC ARE Soldiers took part in a strategic rail brief conducted by Lt. Col. William G. Armstrong, JECC ARE Soldier and chief assistant DSLE (Designated Supervisor of Locomotive Engineers) for the Maritime Intermodal Training Department-Cargo Handling Division (M.I.T.D. - CHD) Rail Operations Office, Ft. Eustis, Virginia in his civilian capacity.

Also ALL BOARD to instruct was U.S. Army Reserve Staff Sgt. Brett Goertemoeller of the 7-80th Instructor BN.

JECC ARE Soldiers were then given demonstrations and active military railroad society passenger cars provided thorugh the Military Railroad Society.

The Soldiers of the JECC ARE got together to bid farewell to Ms. Katina R. Chapman, JECC ARE ARA, Thursday, 6 April, 2023 with a celebration luncheon.

After years of supporting the Soldiers of the JECC ARE and retiring from the Army Reserve as a SFC, Ms. Chapman is leaving the JECC ARE for future challenges.
