Norview HS Pilots Norview HS is a pillar of educational excellence. We strive to equip all students with the knowledge and skills to become a successful member of society.

Norview Families

Let us all unite in congratulating Mr. Moore and the Marching Pilots on the generous $1,000 donation they received to support their program from Pusha T and representatives from the Cousinz Festival.

In addition, the Marching Pilots have been extended an invitation to perform at the Third Annual Music and Community Celebration at the Norfolk Scope on Saturday, September 5, 2026, helping kick off this exciting community festival.

This acknowledgment is a testament to the dedication, talent, and hard work of our students, Mr. Moore, and all those who provide support to the Norview band program. We are proud of the Marching Pilots and eagerly anticipate their exceptional representation of Norview.

Please congratulate Mr. Moore on an extraordinary accomplishment: Norview High School has been invited to participate in the Virginia Beach Competitive Arts Festival (VB-CAF 2027), the first school from the City of Norfolk ever selected to do so.

This award reflects Mr. Moore’s extraordinary talent, dedication, and commitment to nurturing our students through the arts. His passion is evident, and we are proud of the standard of excellence he continues to set for Norview.

Congratulations, Mr. Moore, and good luck as The Marching Pilots get ready to represent our school and city on this illustrious stage!

All Norfolk Public Schools and administrative offices will be closed Wednesday, August 19, from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM. while staff attend a mandatory event.

Schools and offices will reopen at noon. Thank you for your understanding.
