On 28 FEB - 02 MAR 22 CSSC(SS) Geoffrey Knutzen provided a Navy Wide Advancement
Exam (NWAE) seminar at Navy Food Management Team (NFMT) Norfolk.

In this seminar; Culinary Specialists are provided training material for
their upcoming advancement exams. Areas covered during this seminar included
culinary math, food production, wardroom, sanitation and safety. In
addition, they learn financial accountability, forms, inventory management
and administration. The students will be able to utilize this training for
their advancement exam and daily operation at their commands.

In lieu of COVID 19; all Students and Instructors were required
to practice social distancing, wear facial coverings and follow proper
prevention hygiene throughout the entirety of the seminar.
