The end of the Olympics. It was all so strange with no fans. However, the athletes were awesome. They did do well in really a really difficult situation.

Looking forward to football season. I’m glad the new coach Ricky Rahne had an extra year to get to know the team. And for him to get to know the players.

You Are What You Think

It’s very important that you talk to yourself in a helpful supportive manner. Be your best friend to yourself instead your own worse enemy. Most athletes do not play their best if they say negative things about their self to their self.

Millions of smart, sensitive, and creative individuals face the sorts of challenges that Dr. Eric Maisel, America's foremost creativity coach, has been addressing for over thirty years.

Norfolk therapist Douglas Finney: ODU football team's secret weapon

Just thought I’d repost this. I have a lot of extra time on my hands, what with the ongoing pandemic and all. I did hey my 2nd Moderna vaccine 1 1/2 weeks ago. So, feeling a little safer. Not ready to eat in restaurant yet. But think I will order takeout for tonight.

A Norfolk therapist has worked behind the scenes to bolster the confidence of ODU's football team, and Coach Bobby Wilder gives her partial credit for the team's best start since joining Conference USA.

If you are an athlete and you haven’t started a meditation practice, I highly recommend it! A number of years ago I taught Kent Bazemore, an NBA player and former ODU star how to meditate. He had his best season ever and received a huge salary increase. He is still in the league and now plays at Golden State. His net worth is estimated at $35 million, current salary is $19.2 million.
Congratulations Kent Bazemore. You have always been a hard worker with a great attitude!!

Ian Rapoport of NFL Media reports that Heinicke has agreed to a two-year deal with the team. The deal is worth $8.75 million and also includes in...

The World's Highest-Paid Athletes 2020

Interesting!

Paydays for the world’s top-earning athletes dropped for the first time in four years, according to the 2020 Forbes ranking as the coronavirus wreaked havoc on sports and canceled or postponed many marquee events for the first time since World War II.
