Caregiver support is a major service that Primeplus Senior Centers focuses on. It’s important that the service is accessible, relevant, convenient, and reliable. We are blessed to have many collaborators that have allowed us to be an important part of providing services in Hampton Roads. The collaborations have brought people to the table that are sincere in creating a journey of learning and improving. We are currently working with a Doctorate Intern from ODU that is interested in doing some awesome work with Caregivers.

As many of you may already know, the Primeplus family has lost a cherished part of our spirit with the passing of Candace Skinner, a beloved member and former Adult Day Services Director.

Candy dedicated so much of herself to serving others, and her kindness, compassion, and unwavering commitment touched the lives of countless members, families, staff, and friends. Her legacy will continue to live on in the hearts of everyone who had the privilege of knowing her.

Please keep Candy's family and loved ones in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered by the Primeplus family. ❤️

We are incredibly grateful and excited to announce that Primeplus has been awarded a $10,000 grant from the Langley for Families Foundation in support of our Lifestyle Change Program for Seniors Living with Pre-Diabetes!

This generous investment will help us continue empowering older adults with the education, support, and healthy lifestyle tools they need to reduce their risk of developing Type 2 diabetes and improve their overall well-being.
