Yesterday morning, the crew of USS Ted Stevens had the honor of welcoming special guests during an All Hands Call. Our ship’s sponsors, Mrs. Catherine Stevens and Mrs. Lily Becker, and the commissioning committee president, Mrs. Cherrie Curry, addressed the crew. They shared stories of our namesake, Senator Ted Stevens, and the legacy of service, leadership, and dedication he represents. Their visit strengthens our connection to the ship’s heritage and reinforces the pride we take in serving aboard USS Ted Stevens.
