Good morning,

We have begun issuing out the new Navy Solid State Player incorporating NMPS movies on SD cards. Only one will be issued at this time so please contact Carlos Agosto ([email protected]) at 757-445-2557 or 2388 to set up an appointment to drop off “one” of your old NDVD players for a new Solid-State player. If you don’t make an appointment or don’t bring an N-DVD player, you won’t be issued a new player.
OUT OF AREA SHIPS: Using the attached Chapter 5 (Direct Exchange Procedures) please submit a request to ([email protected]) for a new solid-state player. Please include the serial number, bar code of the player you will be returning, shipping address, and point of contact with the telephone number.
