Celebrate the people and experiences that help Nebraska youth become Beyond Ready at 4-H Day at the Nebraska State Fair on Sunday, August 30, from 2–4 p.m. in Raising Nebraska! Enjoy interactive activities, a 4-H photo booth, complimentary UNL Dairy Store ice cream (while supplies last), and help recognize outstanding volunteers and members of the Nebraska 4‑H Leadership Academy during the 3 p.m. program. As the sun sets over the fairgrounds tonight it brings the 2026 Madison County Fair to a close.

To everyone who walked through the gates, cheered in the grandstands, sang along at the concerts, attended and supported 4-H events and enjoyed our unique fair food. The Madison County Ag Society wants to extend a massive thank you to our incredible community for making the 2026 Fair one for the record books.

​As many of you know, this year threw a few curveballs our way, and we faced some unexpected challenges behind the scenes. But true to form, our dedicated board members and their families stepped up, took on every single obstacle head-on, and worked tirelessly to ensure the show went on without a hitch. We couldn't be prouder of their hard work to put on a truly great fair for all of you!

All the hard work is worth it when we see the grounds packed, smiles on the kids faces and families spending time together. We hope you all enjoyed the 2026 Madison County Fair and Rodeo!

We already can not wait for next years fair. Mark your calendars for July 6th-11th 2027!
