The foundation was created on 3/30/2012 to house and help restart the lives of those who have been released from jails and rehabilitation who have no place to go. It was incorporated by the state of VA on 11/19/2012 and has achieved it's 501C3 non-profit status with the IRS, there fore all donations are tax deductible.
