The Crossroads Civic League is a nonprofit organization, a culmination of Hyde Park, Norva Homes, Colonial Heights and Brentwood Forest. We formed due to lack of representation within our local government. Our goals are to improve our neighborhood by working closely with our police department to deter crime, to foster relationships with other Civic Leagues, to collaborate closely with our school
