People are just crashing the sidewalk to get a glimpse of our property 😂. Thankful to the Normal Police Department and the Town of Normal for assisting in the removal of this oversized semi from the front of the property. It's been an eventful couple of days!

Advance ticket sales end today at 5pm! Don't miss this opportunity to see the David Davis Mansion, Ewing Manor, and Broadview Mansion all decorated for Christmas this Saturday, 12/27 from 2-7pm before we take all of our decorations down until next year. There will be cookies, live music, special photo opportunities and more for you to experience during the night. What a great way to celebrate the end of the season!

We tried so hard, and have been removing snow all morning, but due to the parking bans surrounding our properties and some concerns regarding city snow removal, we have to reschedule Christmas at the Mansions to Saturday, December 27 from 2-7pm.

Please note that we will not be issuing refunds for tickets. If you are unable to attend the new date you are welcome to gift your paper tickets to others, or may transfer your online tickets to someone else by emailing us at [email protected].

Experience a special self-guided tour of three historic houses decorated in period Christmas finery: the David Davis Mansion, Ewing Manor, and new this year…Broadview Mansion, our 2025 Bonus Home! Take in the architecture, the historic holiday postcard settings, and hosts dressed in period costumes as you walk back in time to the late 1800s and early 1900s. Music and other surprises will complement your tour!

Same day tickets will be $20 each, cash or check, and available only at the front doors of all three historic houses during the hours of the event. Tickets are available only until sold out and are non-refundable.

Take some time to enjoy the music while you're at Broadview Mansion on Saturday night from 2-7pm during Christmas at the Mansions! A pianist will perform holiday favorites inside while visitors tour the mansion, and Christmas carols will play from the belltower throughout the night. Tickets can still be purchased at the door of all three historic houses on the night of the event for $20 each, cash or check.

Christmas at the Mansions is still happening tomorrow night. It is absolutely our intention to have the event and we are NOT planning on cancelling it unless absolutely necessary. We will be removing snow throughout the day and doing our best to keep the grounds clean for everyone’s arrival. See you tomorrow!

Your last chance to buy advance tickets for Christmas at the Mansions is today before noon! Get yours online at https://daviddavismansion.org/catm-tickets or drop in to AB Hatchery & Garden Center, Casey's Garden Shop and Florist, or Hy-Vee Bloomington to purchase them in-person.

What happens if you miss this deadline? You can still buy same-day tickets at the door of each historic house from 2-7pm on December 13, but they go up in price to $20, you can only purchase them using cash or check, and they are limited in number. We seriously encourage people to buy them beforehand!
