Two free CPR classes are available now at The Well in June! The classes are on June 17 from 10 a.m.-1 p.m. and on June 26 from 1-4 p.m.

The Oklahoma Rural Health Transformation Program has released a public grant application through a Notice of Funding Opportunity for the Chronic Disease Management Program.

Applications are due by 11:59 p.m. CT on June 8, 2026.

The Chronic Disease Management Program is intended to fund providers, community-based organizations, and other organizations to implement and/or expand proven models for chronic disease management across rural regions of Oklahoma.
