We are so grateful to our volunteers from Sooner Rotary who took care of our crosswalk this morning! We so appreciate you all taking the time to keep our students safe.

As a bonus, one of our volunteers is the great grandfather of one of our students! How neat is that?

Please join us on Tuesday, August 11th, from 5:30 - 7:30 pm to visit your child's classroom, meet the teacher, connect with other families, and drop off school supplies. You will also have the chance to sign up for PTA and other volunteer opportunities, buy school shirts, and take your back-to-school pictures at our photo booth in the gym!
In order to help the crowd sizes and for parking purposes, Eisenhower Back to School night is split into two groups according to family last name:

A-K, 5:30p - 6:30p
L-Z, 6:30p - 7:30p

***Please make sure you have completed online enrollment. Only students who have completed enrollment will be placed on class lists.***

We are SO back!

Our IKE teachers are back at school getting ready for our 2026/2027 school year. Today was focused on our core values at Eisenhower of joy, belonging, traditions, high expectations, relationships, and community. We firmly believe these values represent who we are as a school, a staff, and a community.

We can’t wait for the rest of our staff to join us tomorrow AND the students on August 13th!

We are delighted to share that one of our own is stepping into the role of Assistant Principal. The thoughtful, the patient, the compassionate, and knowledgeable, Kristen Dude is our new AP!

We are so excited to see her SHINE in this new role! We are incredibly fortunate to have her at IKE and can’t wait for everyone to get to know her like we do. 💜🐾

The calendar has changed to August, which means it’s time to start thinking of school! There are some things you can start doing now to help make that transition smoother.

1. Discuss a morning routine as a family! Give your child opportunities to be independent in this.

2. Start getting in the rhythm with earlier bedtimes and wake ups! Ease into it by setting alarms to wake up a few minutes earlier each day.

3. Talk about school in a positive way! Ask your child what they are looking forward to or what they enjoy about school. Discuss the nerves that come along with a new year too.

4. Make sure to practice skills like shoe tying, opening containers in lunches, and maybe throw in some math facts too. 😉

5. Review social skills and talk about positive ways to make friends and say hello.

6. Soak in the last bits of summer! 🌞
