8/12 @ 3:45 PM- Elevated fire weather conditions are ongoing across northwest Oklahoma with hot temperatures between 103 and 108 °F, low relative humidity values between 18 and 25%, and southerly winds at 10 to 15 mph with gusts to 25 mph. Hot temperatures yesterday, with high temperature of 103 in OKC and 105 in Wichita Falls. Places that were hotter: 125 (unofficial) in Death Valley, California...with an official reading of 116 on Tuesday. The Sahara desert had a high of 118.
