The City of Norphlet is accepting resumes for the position of City Water Clerk. This position is responsible for the management of utility accounts, collections, and reports and assists with the regular billing process.

Duties include but are not limited to preparing work orders for water customers; serve as cashier to receive payments on customer accounts; welcome new customers; set up new accounts; handle customer billing questions and complaints over the phone and in person.

Job Qualifications include an educational level equivalent to a high school diploma, ability to use a 10 key calculator accurately and a basic knowledge of bookkeeping.

Resumes will be accepted at Norphlet City Hall.

Deadline to apply is April 29, 2026

Calling ALL WHEELS. We are hosting a All Wheel Show for our Spring Festival. Have a big rig, car, truck, motorcycle, side by side, four wheeler, bike, scooter? New or old bring it to show off! Kids are so encouraged to bring their stuff too! No trophy, No sign up, No fee, just a fun show! Be parked by 9:45am if possible!
