Our Annual Village of Norridge Car Show date is just a week away!

🗓 Saturday, June 6th (rain date: Saturday, June 13th)
⏰ 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Join us at the corner of Montrose & Ozanam for a morning packed with classic cars, custom builds, muscle cars, hot rods, and more! Whether you’re showing off your ride or just coming to admire the chrome and horsepower, this is the event for car lovers of all ages.

🚗 Car entry fee is $20 and includes a trophy and swag bag.
🎟 We’ll also have raffles throughout the morning.
🎨 Free face painter for the kiddos of all ages, a DJ, and food will be on site for purchase.

🚜 PLUS! We’ll also be hosting Touch-a-Truck from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM, giving families and kids a chance to explore some of their favorite big vehicles up close!

Cruise Night is tomorrow — Thursday, May 28th — at the corner of Montrose & Ozanam from 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm! The weather is looking perfect, so come out and enjoy a great evening with beautiful cars, delicious food and great music.

Tomorrow’s lineup includes Rep’s Food Truck, Sweet Oasis and a live performance by Ral Donner Jr.

We can’t wait to see you there!

Thank you to Brigadier General Michael Shanley, Commanding General of the 85th U.S. Army Reserve Support Command, for taking time out of his busy schedule to serve as the keynote speaker at our Memorial Day Observance.

We are grateful for his inspiring remarks as we honored and remembered the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country.

A special thank you as well to U.S. Senator Tammy Duckworth, retired U.S. Army National Guard Liettenant Colonel, for attending the ceremony and sharing a heartfelt moment of remembrance with our community.

Reminder: Join Us Tomorrow for Our Annual Memorial Day Observance Ceremony.

On Sunday, May 24th, the Village will hold our annual Memorial Day Observance Ceremony in front of the Veterans Memorial located at 4010 N. Olcott Ave.

Musical interlude begins at 11:30 a.m.
Ceremony begins promptly at 12:00 noon.

The weather is expected to be beautiful, making it a perfect day to come together as a community to honor and remember the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country.

The Village Board will also have a special item for all Veterans in attendance as a small token of our gratitude for your service.

We hope to see many residents join us for this meaningful ceremony.

On Sunday, May 24th, we will hold our annual Memorial Day Observance Ceremony in front of the Veterans Memorial located at 4010 N Olcott Ave.

To close out National Public Works Week, we'd like to highlight our dedicated and highly skilled Public Works team!

We are fortunate that our Public Works Department consists of several specialized tradesmen such as a professional engineer, licensed water operators, a licensed plumber, mechanics, and a carpenter.

The Public Works staff is cross-trained to handle the many different facets of Public Works services from repairing water mains to plowing snow and everything in between and more!

To our Public Works Department: thank you for all you do!
