We had so much fun today at our excavation kickoff for the summer reading program! Thanks to everyone who joined us and learned a little bit about rocks, minerals, and geology!

We have a jam-packed schedule in June and July, so don't worry if you missed this activity! Tomorrow, teens can create their own dirty soda mixture and adults can learn about genealogy resources and help available through the library. Just check out our calendar for all the details!

Our first 100 summer readers have helped us unearth this AWESOME Triceratops by registering and getting their names up on our wall! You can still register online or in person and get your name on a fossil until July 11th. Anything you read from May 18th to July 25th can be logged to earn prizes, and we have tons of special events coming up on the calendar too!

Help us reach our goal and beat our record of 247 readers from last year! All ages and always free; everyone is welcome to sign up!

In honor of memorial day, the library will be closed Monday, May 25th. No fines will be incurred and no items due, but you can still use our book drops for returns while we are closed. We will see you Tuesday morning at 10am when we open again!
