Natalie is an invaluable part of this team and we are so grateful for her!
Natalie has been part of RHD for six years, and throughout that time, she has shown a deep commitment to Montgomery County Homeless Services—programs that provide individuals experiencing homelessness with a safe place to stay and support on the path to independent living.
Natalie began her journey with RHD as an Administrative Assistant, later becoming a Fiscal Administrator before stepping into her current role as Office Manager. Often working behind the scenes, Natalie keeps the many moving pieces of the programs on track and is the person everyone turns to for help. She notices what needs to be done, even when it falls outside her responsibilities, and steps up to make sure it gets done.
Natalie brings warmth and encouragement to those around her. She cheers on her colleagues, offers support when needed, and knows when a little humor can brighten the day.
Natalie builds wonderful relationships with the individuals served by the programs. She approaches each interaction with compassion, respect, and an understanding of trauma-informed care, helping create an environment where people feel seen, valued, and empowered.
For instance, Natalie supports a former program graduate who volunteers with current residents to lead an arts and crafts group. The group brings people together through creativity, connection, and community, and Natalie’s support helps make that possible.
Natalie’s genuine care for the people she supports, her colleagues, and her role are beautiful examples of RHD’s Values in action.
Thank you, Natalie!
