We wrapped up the community tabling event season on Saturday in Lansdale. Narberth Councilman Mike Gaudini and I talked with young families frustrated with the exorbitant price of housing who want to get involved. Another couple shared the story of their disabled son who lives in an unsafe apartment.

This is why we advocate for better policies and funding in MontCo!

Communities from Lansdale to Thorndale are looking at housing around train stations as a way to increase supply and affordability. 👇

Building housing density makes sense near train stations. For starters, people without cars will specifically seek out housing opportunities close to transit so they can easily commute to schools or jobs. (This was part of my logic when I moved to Ardmore in 2015). Additionally, many train stations....
