Please park in the parking lot behind the building and enter through the front doors. Overflow parking is available BEHIND the Family Dollar store. Please DO NOT park in front of the store
Please bring your child's backpack to orientation
If you would like to drop off any supplies for your child, this is a great opportunity

(ES): ¡Felicitaciones a la Dra. Cole, directora del Centro de Aprendizaje Musselman, por haber obtenido su doctorado en Liderazgo Educativo en la Universidad Immaculata! Su tesis, titulada "Percepciones de los docentes sobre el liderazgo transformacional en la creación de una cultura escolar positiva en escuelas Title I", exploró cómo las prácticas de liderazgo influyen en la cultura escolar y en las experiencias tanto de los educadores como de los estudiantes. Su investigación reafirmó la importancia de construir relaciones sólidas, fomentar entornos de apoyo y crear comunidades escolares donde todos puedan prosperar.

La próxima semana, los estudiantes llevarán a casa unos libros decodificables especiales de Just Right Reader para conservarlos y disfrutarlos durante el verano. Estos libros están diseñados para ayudar a nuestros alumnos más pequeños a seguir desarrollando sus habilidades de lectura de una manera divertida y significativa. 📚✨🩵 Compartiremos más detalles la próxima semana; asegúrense de revisar su correo electrónico para obtener la información completa, incluyendo cómo pueden fomentar la lectura en casa durante el verano. ¡Estamos deseando ayudar a nuestros estudiantes a mantener su confianza y a estar listos para el primer grado!

(EN): Exciting news for all our NASD Kindergarten families! Next week, students will be bringing home special Just Right Reader decodable books to keep and enjoy over the summer. These books are designed to help our youngest learners continue building their reading skills in a fun and meaningful way. 📚✨🩵 More details will be shared next week—be sure to check your email for full information, including how you can support reading at home over the summer. We’re looking forward to helping our students stay confident and ready for first grade!

(ES): ¡Atención, familias del Centro de Aprendizaje Musselman! 🎒✨ Ya deberían haber recibido una carta durante las conferencias (o en la carpeta que su estudiante lleva a casa) con la asignación escolar de su estudiante para el 1.er grado durante el ciclo 2026–2027.

También enviaremos un correo electrónico con más detalles, ¡incluyendo información sobre las Jornadas de Puertas Abiertas de primavera para el 1.er grado en Cole Manor, Hancock y Davenport! Estos eventos son una excelente oportunidad para conocer al personal, recorrer las instalaciones y ayudar a que su estudiante se sienta preparado para este emocionante siguiente paso.

We’ll also be sending an email with more details, including information about 1st Grade Spring Open Houses at Cole Manor, Hancock, and Davenport! These events are a great way to meet staff, tour the building, and help your student feel ready for this exciting next step.

A HUGE congratulations to our March Noticing Note winners! These students earned a noticing note for being safe keepers in our Musselman school family. Students were "noticed" for things like helping a classmate, using safe hands and body, following directions , helping keep our school clean, and many other awesome helpful behaviors. Names were picked out of our raffle and students won rewards like being lead teacher for the day, ringing the bell at lunch, and many more! Keep up the great work!
