Your boundaries matter. You have the right to say no, change your mind, and make choices without pressure.

The early weeks of the fall semester are often called the “Red Zone,” when college students face a higher risk of sexual assault.

Pressure can include guilt trips, threats, or repeatedly asking after someone has said no. Whether you’ve just met or have been together for years, you deserve to have your choices respected.

If something doesn’t feel right, you can talk to us. You don’t need to know exactly what to call your experience before reaching out. Please contact VSC at 888-521-0983 or by visiting victimservicescenter(dot)org/get-help to ask for a callback from our staff.
