In April our construction crew completed a new deck project with new vinyl siding installed on the adjoining walls.

As winter weather permits, our construction volunteers have been working on a deck renovation project, removing a mudroom and building a new deck. New siding will be installed behind the deck.

Northern Berkshire Habitat for Humanity will be partnering with
Dream Green Recycling in the Berkshires to host a day of recycling to support our new affordable homes on Summer Street in Williamstown.

On October 4, 2025, 10:00 am to 2:00 pm, Habitat for Humanity along with Dream Green Recycling will be at the North Adams Armory, 206 Ashland Street, North Adams to collect your recycling items such as Mattresses, Boxsprings, TVs, Large Appliances, Small Appliances and CPU’s. Please visit

There is still time in July to shop at Aubuchon Hardware in Williamstown and round up your pennies to support NBHfH's affordable housing programs. And you can stop in at Aubuchon on Saturday, July 27, for our bake sale and information about our upcoming projects.

Northern Berkshire Habitat for Humanity is happy to be the July recipient for Aubuchon Hardware’s Round-Up for Charity program! During the month of June, shoppers at Aubuchon Hardware in Williamstown are invited to round up their tab at the register to the next whole dollar. The difference between their total and the rounded up total will be donated to NBHfH to support our new affordable homes on Summer Street in Williamstown. Aubuchon Hardware will match donations up to $2,500.
