North Parish of North Andover is a vital, growing Universalist Unitarian congregation with a rich history and welcoming spirit.

North Parish welcomes all visitors and seekers to Sunday morning services as well as to the many community events we offer. Services are at 10AM, September thru June. Summer services are more informal. (No services on July 3 or September 4.)

Poetry for the Summer Spirit

What wakes you up and inspires you to see the world a little differently? A meaningful memory, a call to action, the beauty of your garden, or the sights and sounds of a summer morning?

Join Mark Bohrer & Kim Adami for Poetry for the Summer Spirit this Sunday at 10AM in the Chapel. Bring a poem of your own or a longtime favorite to share as we reflect on the moments that awaken, inspire, and connect us.

Join us this Sunday at 10:00 AM in our air-conditioned Chapel for Sacred Brunch, led by parishioner Ellen Geiger.

Bring along a favorite food or drink to share—or simply bring yourself! We'll gather around the table to enjoy good food and even better conversation as we reflect on the memories, traditions, and stories that food carries with it.

Together, we'll explore how food connects us to our families, different cultures, meaningful moments in our lives, the earth, and one another.

Preservation Project - Work Still to Do!
The work site is quiet as the contractor for our Green Envelope Project awaits the arrival of the final pieces to finish repairs to the spires. Meanwhile, members of the team made the climb to the top to retrieve the 250th and Pride flags. While there, they captured several great images AND determined that the height from the top matches the height of Weir Hill (seen in the distance). Amazing project, amazing progress, amazing view. Work worth doing & sharing

Honoring Our Past - Creating Our Future

These words from the banners that hang at the back of our sanctuary seem an apt description for the preservation project currently underway. The short video linked here highlights the history of the project and the importance of the Meeting House to the community. The video, created and produced by John Lennhoff and Debb Putnam, filmed and edited by Sean Murphy, features on-air talent - John, Rev. Lee Bluemel, and House & Grounds liaison Kirk Olsen. George Sennott, contractor for the project, was instrumental in providing images of the work in progress. What if those closest to death had something important to teach us about living? Through poetry, music, reflection, and a small act of courage, this moving service invites us to consider what truly matters and the things we do not want to leave unsaid.

Our Annual Youth Sleepover was a wonderful night filled with pizza, baking, games, laughter, and a movie in the Chapel!

Thank you to all of the youth who joined us and to everyone who helped make the sleepover such a fun and memorable experience. We couldn't do it without our amazing volunteers and leaders!
