In the latest attempt to downplay what we do as elected officials, the candidate running against me this November has decided to complain that I am taking too much of a salary as your Mayor.

In 2026, the North Arlington Mayor's salary is $14,073.57.

Yes, you are reading that correctly.

When people are completely out of touch with what goes on in this borough, it becomes clearer and clearer to the educated voters why certain people continue to do the job, and others sit around criticizing it.

🍕OFFICIALLY OPEN 🍕

I was proud and excited to cut the ribbon at noon today for Penelope's Pizza and Sports Lounge.

We were greeted by local residents, borough employees, friends and family from all over to get a taste of the original Arlington Pizza recipe!

As you can see, this is a big step in the right direction from the old look. Businesses grow with the times, as do communities.

Make your reservations today. It was a full house when I left.

This article clearly explains the benefits of rolling reassessments, which the Borough has implemented since 2018.

This process has kept the taxable value of every property in town at a true value, saving both taxpayers and the borough from overpaying on taxes, full evaluations, and tax appeals.

More and more municipalities in Bergen County and in the state are moving to the Rolling Reassessments each year.

Since the implementation of this system, there have been a small percentage of people who struggle with understanding the entire process. I don't expect everyone to understand everything, but I will continue to provide the information needed to help them understand.

More exciting times in North Arlington as the long awaited Carlito's Tequilieria gets ready for their OFFICIAL Grand Opening.

We were invited in for a preview of the spectacular job they have done on the former Somos property.

North Arlington is once again on the rise and Carlito's will be a large part of that

They set out to create an upscale setting, with upscale food and upscale cocktails, with moderate pricing so everyone can enjoy.

From what we have seen so far, this will be exactly what they planned.

I was very impressed with the complete renovation from top to bottom as well as the outdoor dining, overlooking the river.

The staff was well groomed and professional.

Very exciting news:

I was invited to join in a food tasting at the NEW Penelope's Pizza and Sports Bar, at the location of the old Arlington Pizza.

The new family restaurant, sports bar, nightlife spot has been completely redesigned and will not only be serving trendy 🍸 cocktails, craft beer and a new menu, they will be making the original Arlington Pizza recipe, 🍕 which should make many people very happy.

I will be cutting the ribbon on their grand opening this Monday at noon.

It's great to see so much progress in town, helping make North Arlington a destination.

Residents are invited to attend a Community 9/11 Remembrance Ceremony marking 25 years since the attacks of September 11, 2001.

This ceremony will bring families, friends, and neighbors together to remember the men and women who lost their lives, pay tribute to the courage and sacrifice of first responders and service members, and reflect in unity, gratitude, and hope.
