A new month is upon us. At North Bend Senior Center we are on a roll making good things happen. In July we re-started our best bingo games. In August we put our kitchen crew into high gear and served free hot lunches throughout the month. Now, in September we are continuing with the free hot lunches on Monday through Thursday for seniors who are age 60 and over, and every Friday we are continuing with our best bingo games and leading off those games with a hot $5 meal prepared by our chef in our kitchen for attendees who arrive early.
If you're a senior citizen in Coos County, now is a great time to visit our senior center. All our classes are well attended, and there's still room for more people to participate because our activities room is quite spacious. Don't be shy. Come on in and join the fun. While you are here, you can pick up a free hard copy printout of our monthly activities calendar, which includes a menu of the free hot lunches we will be serving for the whole month. See you soon.
