We are now officially on break after having an amazing end of summer meet at Mingus Park with our friends at Gold Coast Swim Team. Their Big Kahuna Meet was a blast as always! Lots of great swims, relays, sunshine, and laughs. The best way to end the summer swim season. ☀️

We hope every one enjoys the rest of their summer and we will see you all back at practice on Monday, September 14!

BIG KAHUNA SWIM MEET THIS WEEKEND

The Gold Coast Swim Team is hosting their popular Big Kahuna Swim Meet this weekend at Mingus Park Pool, August 7 - 9. This event is their biggest fundraiser of the year and helps support the team throughout the season. Expect extra traffic and pedestrians near Mingus Park and use caution when traveling through the area. The pool is closed for recreational swimming this weekend.

Last day of Big Kahuna!

Come cheer on your favorite coast swimmers, grab a bite to eat at the Coyote Food truck, and grab some cool shirts from the shirt vendor. Warmups are going on now. Meet starts at 9.

Huge thank you again to the Judith Ann Mogan Foundation for the grant we received in the recent years. It was a grant to be shared in our entire coast swim community and some of the equipment we purchased from the funds has been here at this meet this weekend after some equipment hiccups. The equipment, along with the scoreboard at our North Bend Municipal Pool, has been getting great use by our high school, club, and college teams. We thank you so much and are fortunate that our children are able to have these amazing meets throughout the years. 💕

We also want to thank one of our team parents, Tim Wakeling for showing up and running the meet computer! He has been working so hard this weekend to help the meet run smoothly. Thank you Tim! 💕
