🎉 Veteran Game Night Update! 🎉
What a heart‑filling night with our Veteran community. The scoreboard tells part of the story:
Navy – 61 | Army – 54 | Coast Guard – 49 | Air Force – 33 | Marines – 10 | Space Force – 10
The Coast Guard brought that family‑reunion energy — cheerful, close‑knit, and lifting the whole room.
The Marines showed up with their steady, loyal presence, making every table a little more fun.
The Army kept things competitive and focused, staying right on the heels of the top score.
The Air Force played with their signature calm, clever style — thoughtful moves and plenty of laughs.
And the Navy had a strong showing, full of pride and good sportsmanship. Even when the points didn’t fall their way, they stayed upbeat, respectful, and genuinely supportive of the branches who pulled ahead.
We were also lifted by some incredible supporters:
• Larry and Marilyn Wilhite kept everyone fed with pizza that brought people together.
• Kevin Wilhite made sure Veterans with hearing challenges could follow along with a clear visual board.
• Johnny provided transportation so one of our Veterans could join us.
• And we were honored to welcome Linda, who flew in from Bulgaria — a moment that lit up the Navy side of the room.
Thank you to every Veteran, family member, and supporter who came to laugh, compete, and reconnect. Nights like this remind us how much community can hold and uplift.
