Welcome to the New WeTHRIVE! neighborhood Navigator!

~

My name is Michael Cureton Jr., and I’ve been a proud resident of North College Hill, Ohio, for the past 9 years. I live here with my wife and kids, and this community means a lot to me. I’m serious about seeing it grow, and I believe real change happens when people come together, work together, and stay committed to the long game.

I focus on continuous improvement, solving problems, and building better systems that actually work for people. As a certified Lean Leader, I value efficiency, teamwork, and creating processes that lead to meaningful and lasting results. I take pride in being someone who listens, collaborates, and helps turn ideas into action—not just talk.

Through WE Thrive, I’m looking forward to bringing my experience, leadership, and heart for the community to the table. I want to work with others who care, build strong relationships, and help move North College Hill forward in a real and lasting way for our families and future generations.

~
