If you are coming on site Friday. May 29 please use caution as they are also setting up for a festival. The recommended route is to turn in gate 2, turn left right before Tinsley pavilion and then follow the road around the horse barn to access the 4-H Office that way.
It's Record Book Season!
While we are sure your trained and knowledgeable 4-H Club leaders have been cheering you on and helping how they can, here is some helpful info to help you in the process as we get down to the wire. All member records (Member in Good Standing or Performance Standard Awards) are due no later than June 1st by 5 pm to the 4-H office located in the Lee County Civic Center.
*Club leaders may bring them to the Quarterly Leaders Meeting on 6/1 at 6:00 pm*
As a reminder, the office is closed for the Federal Holiday, Memorial Day, on Monday, May 25.
Please note that if you are dropping off your book outside of the office hours in the graphic, you may choose to put it in the designated sealed container by the office door. While we will pull them as quickly as possible, the 4-H office is not responsible for any lost or damaged books turned in in this fashion.
All members of Lee County 4-H are required to turn in a Member Record Book by June 1st to be considered in good standing.
- Member Record Book:
Cover Page (photo, youth name, age, youth club, project(s)
Member in Good Standing Form
Project Summary

Supporting Materials (photos, receipts, ribbons, certificates, etc)
*Repeat 3 & 4 for each project, with a minimum of one (1) completed project turned into the office in a clean folder.
Want to go for Performance Standard Awards or the Hands for Larger Service Award? We'd love to celebrate your hard work!
- For the Performance Standard Awards: In addition to the member record book requirements, please fill out the Performance Standard Awards form and insert the form and supporting details into your Member Record Book.
- For the Hands for Larger Service Awards: Please fill out the Awards application and Community Service Hours Log. These two forms in combination with proof of hours should be turned in separately to the 4-H office from your Performance Standard Awards.
