On Friday, May 23, 2025 the North Haven Fire Department officially welcomed three new members to our department. During a swearing-in ceremony, Probationary FF/Paramedic Andrew Murray and Probationary FF/Paramedic Dane Dorta after graduating from the CT Fire Academy Recruit Class 75. Both members completed 15 weeks of intense firefighter training and studies starting back in February.
Additionally, Deputy Chief Jeff Naples was sworn in as the new Deputy Chief of Administration. With a career spanning over 23 years in fire service, ascending to the rank of Fire Chief next door in the Town of Hamden in December 2022 he has remained a steadfast guardian of the community, a champion for safety, and a mentor to many.
The North Haven Fire Department is proud of our new recruits and excited to welcome Deputy Chief Naples!
