A few weeks ago, I had the privilege of joining local leaders and community members to celebrate the grand opening of the new 7-Eleven on Washington Avenue in North Haven!

Congratulations to franchisee Mahesh Pirthiani, Market Manager Omar Yassin, and the entire 7-Eleven team on their new location and investment in our community.

I was especially pleased to see the celebration include a $711 grant to support the Boys & Girls Club of New Haven and Green Acres Elementary School. Supporting our local businesses while investing in our young people helps keep North Haven a strong place to live, work, and raise a family.

Thank you to everyone who helped make this celebration possible, and welcome to North Haven!

For just $10, you can dedicate a U.S. flag in honor or memory of someone special. Flags will be displayed on the North Haven Town Green from November 8–29 with a personalized ribbon featuring your honoree’s name and rank.

Join us for a special Veterans & First Responders Ceremony on Sunday, November 8 at 12 PM on the Town Green.

Save the Date & Help Stock Our Local Food Pantries!

The North Haven Republican Town Committee is once again sponsoring a town-wide food drive benefiting the two North Haven food pantries.

⏰ 10 AM–2 PM

Help support local families in need by donating shelf-stable items like cereal, hearty soups, canned vegetables, stuffing, canned pumpkin, tuna, canned chicken, turkey gravy, instant mashed potatoes & more.

🛒 Pick up a few extra items during your next grocery trip and bring them to the collection site on October 24th. Every donation makes a difference!
