The Upper Dublin Community Pool is closed for the 2025 season.
We hope everyone enjoys the rest of the summer and we’ll see you in 2026!

We are currently planning to be open on Saturday, August 16 from 1:00–8:00 PM and Sunday, August 17 from 1:00–6:00 PM. Due to ongoing staff limitations, capacity will be restricted on both days to ensure we can continue to provide a safe environment for all guests.

Following Sunday, August 17, the pool will be closed for the season.

We sincerely apologize for the change in our original schedule and thank you for your patience and understanding as we’ve worked through these staffing challenges. We are already preparing for the 2026 season and look forward to welcoming everyone back next summer.

Thank you to everyone who visited the Upper Dublin Community Pool this summer—it’s been a fun, safe, and hot season!

As many of you know, the pool typically remains open on weekends in August through Labor Day. Unfortunately, that won’t be possible this year. Due to significant staffing shortages, our last confirmed day of operation will be Sunday, August 17. Nearly all of our seasonal staff are college-aged and will be returning to school, leaving us without the personnel necessary to safely open the facility.

This was not an easy decision. Our Parks & Recreation team explored every option to maintain weekend operations through the summer but ultimately could not secure the staffing needed to do so safely and responsibly.

We also want to be transparent: while August 17 is currently planned as the final day, it’s possible that we may be unable to open that weekend at all, or may have reduced operational hours. We will provide updates as soon as we are certain, so please stay tuned to our usual communication channels.

We understand how disappointing this is and sincerely apologize for the change. We are already working toward more sustainable staffing options for the 2026 season.

Mermaid Pool Party is Saturday, August 16 from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm at the Upper Dublin Township Community Pool! Spend a fin-tastic morning at the pool swimming and getting photos with a real mermaid! Enjoy a craft, story and snack. All mermaids in training receive a seashell!
