Womelsdorf Recreation Board This page is about the Womelsdorf Recreation Board. Its main intent is the keep the community informed about upcoming events in the community.

The Womelsdorf Recreation Board was reformed in 2015 and has hit the floor running. The board meets on the first Wednesday of every month at the borough hall in the center of town at 7:00pm. We currently oversee the Parks, Playgrounds, Summer Playground group, Ball fields and rental pavilions/rec room rentals. Information on rentals can be viewed at the Borough hall. We are always looking for new people to take an interest in their community and come down for meetings.

The Womelsdorf Borough Recreation Board is looking for people who are interested in getting involved in our community!

✔️ Must live in Womelsdorf Borough
✔️ Meets once a month
✔️ Men and women welcome
✔️ Teens can volunteer and help out!

The Rec Board helps put together events for our town like the pool luau, spring yard sale, Santa visit & Christmas tree lighting, and more. These are great opportunities for families and kids to come together and enjoy our community.

It’s not overly demanding, but it could be so much more with more people willing to show up, share ideas, and help out. More members = more events, more fun, and more for our town.

****If you’ve ever thought “I wish there was more to do in Womelsdorf,” this is a great way to be part of making that happen! ****
