Torch Safety, LLC provides training programs following the CERTA program addressing the safety concerns of roofing contractors, the insurance industry, fire and code authorities, roofing material manufacturers, equipment manufacturers and fuel suppliers. The full-day program trains experienced roof system installers on the safe use of roofing torches used to apply polymer-modified bitumen roofing

products. CERTA training shows how proper roof system configuration, design and application techniques can result in safe installations.

This week we are interviewing for the top position in our sales department. This person will be responsible for the entire sales and estimating department for commercial and residential roofs and repair services as well as our construction and maintenance services. I am excited and nervous to hand this position over to someone but I have been praying for this day to come. I know by handing this responsibility over to a person that is more than capable I will be freed up to serve our customers in a new capacity. Very exciting and I cannot wait to see who God has planed for us!

As we grow we need more services technicians to get the work done. We only hire people that are the best at their craft and great at customer service. We offer top pay and a ton of benefits including a great culture. If you know of someone that is under appreciated or not appreciated as a craftsman in the construction industry, send them to me! We need more great people to service our customers.

Pretty soon we will be interviewing for more sales/ estimator/ customer service reps to investigate roofing and construction issues, figure out the solution, price the fix and help the prospect through the purchase process.
