Planning to hire a contractor to remodel your home? Need a roofing contractor to replace your roof? First and foremost, check with our office regarding licenses and registrations. Who knows, maybe the contractor you spoke with has an expired license or its been revoked. A license is required for any work done on your home over $2,000 with labor and material included. Don't take their word for it, protect yourself. Get references of work they performed before and get everything in writing, from contracts to change in work orders. Contact our office 501.372.4661.
