What a fantastic AR State Department Convention this weekend.

It started Friday afternoon with check-in and Hospitality Room at the Wyndham in NLR. Beverages supplied by Southern Glazers Spirits.

Saturday started of with a welcoming by NLR Mayor Terry Hartwick, followed by Department business meeting and installation of officers.

The evening banquet with guest speaker Brian Boyle, from Scouting America and Keynote speaker Phillip H. McMath was a lesson on Marine Corps history as Mr. McMath recounted his father’s Marine Corps career, including his friendship with the one and only, Chesty Puller.

The evening concluded with winners of the silent auction items being announced.

Thank you to all that came out and participated and shared in the Espirit de Corps.
