Join the North Mankato Taylor Library at Wheeler Park from 5:30-7:30 p.m. for a free evening of live music.

Bring a lawn chair or blanket and enjoy the music! Food will be available for purchase.

Did you explore Benson Park or Bluff Park and complete one of our Pollination Scavenger Hunts? Don’t forget to turn it in!

👀 WONDERING WHAT'S IN THE PRIZE BUCKET?
Here’s a peek at some of the fun prizes waiting for our young pollinator explorers!

Bring your completed scavenger hunt to the North Mankato Taylor Library and choose a small prize from the Pollination Celebration Prize Bucket!

Completed BOTH scavenger hunts? You’ll also be entered into our drawing for a special prize!

3 winners will each receive a $10 gift certificate for the North Mankato Concession Stand Trailer, good at:
🌾 Party on the Prairie - October 3
🎃 Jack 'O Lantern Walk - October 24

Completed forms must be turned in by THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 3!
Drawing will be held FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 4!

Winners will be emailed with information on how to collect their prize.

Participants must be 18 years old or younger to enter.

In observance of Labor Day, the following City of North Mankato offices and facilities will be closed:
• City Hall will be closed on Monday, September 7, 2026.
• Taylor Library will be closed on Monday, September 7, 2026.
• Riverbend Recycling Center will be closed on Sunday and Monday, September 6-7, 2026. It will also close early on Friday, September 4 at 2:30 p.m.

Garbage and recycling pickup will also be closed on September 7, and will be delayed one day during that week. Questions about garbage and recycling pickup? Contact West Central Sanitation at 1-800-246-7630.
