North Miami Councilman Pierre Frantz Charles, M.Ed., District 4, is excited to welcome you back for the D4 S.M.A.R.T Tutoring Program.!

Tutoring takes place Tuesday, Wednesdays and Thursdays, from 4-7 p.m., for elementary, middle and high school students.

Sessions resume Wednesday, September 9, 2026.

From 🎨 co-creating the NoMi Mobility Mural to 🚌 riding transit and exploring the future Purple Route, they brought the community together to share ideas and bold visions for a more connected, walkable and accessible North Miami.
