North Plains Senior Center We are located in the heart of the City of North Plains and provide hot meals Mon & Wed and offer community assistance and social events for all ages.

Meals on Wheels People family. Commitment – We demonstrate quality performance and dedication to our mission. What is your funding source? The Meals on Wheels People receives funding from a variety of sources. More than 60 percent of our annual budget comes from contributions from the community. Participants are asked to contribute what they can toward the cost of their meals. Local fundraising efforts include dances, pancake breakfast, and annual Crab feed and Steak and Oyster dinners.

🌿 Gentle Yoga – Mondays at 5:30 p.m. beginning April 6th 🌿

Take a moment for yourself at the start of each week. Breathe, stretch, and ease into movement in a calm and welcoming space.

Class Details:

• To reserve your spot, please scan the QR code below or visit northplainssc.org to sign up and prepay. Payment at the door is welcome; however, with space limited to 15 participants, availability cannot be guaranteed.

• A waiver is required for all participants and will be completed at your first class. Minors must have a waiver signed by a parent or guardian.

• Please arrive a few minutes early to settle in and prepare. Class will begin promptly at 5:30 p.m.

• Bring a yoga mat if you have one. A small number of mats will be available to borrow.
