CDVIP offers a 52-week Intervention Program for Abusive Men. This is an educational group program that is open to voluntary and court referred participants. We work to hold offenders accountable for their abusive behaviors, teach them about the use of power and control in relationships, and how to change. For more information, contact CDVIP at 534-5879.
The Lincoln County Coordinated Response Team is a multi-agency task force that works to hold offenders accountable, make victims safer and stop domestic violence. Agencies that participate in this team are: Lincoln County Attorney's Office, North Platte Police Department, Lincoln County Sheriiff's Office, Rape/Domestic Abuse Program, District 11 Probation, Lincoln County Victim/Witness Unit, Nebraska Dept. of Health and Human Services, Lutheran Family Services, and others. The team was founded in 1996 and serves all of Lincoln County, Nebraska.
