Some of the beliefs I hold are listed above. I have reason for every single belief I have and if you’d like to know the reason I would love to have a conversation about it. Of course there are a million more things I believe about birth and if I tried to list every single one no one would ever have the time to read it all. The doula you choose to be apart of your birth team matters and their beliefs about birth matters as well! Choose someone who you feel would be best for you!

Being invited into the sacred space of birth is something I will never take for granted. Witnessing the strength, resilience, and love that surrounds each family as they bring their baby into their arms is truly indescribable! It is nothing short of inspiring. 🤍

I love what I do with my whole heart, and I am endlessly grateful to be trusted during one of the most transformative moments in a family’s life. It is always such a deep honor and privilege to be a part of your journey into motherhood and fatherhood, or growing your family even more. ✨

Every birth is beautifully different, unique, powerful, and special in its own way. I carry pieces of each experience with me, always learning, always growing. 🌿

I’m not often in front of the camera, so these moments captured mean more to me than I can put into words. 🥹
