On Saturday we had an impromptu eyeglass recycling day. First we would like to thank the 36 FGS squadron for their service and helping to keep America safe. We would also like to thank them for coming to the ABLERC building to serve in a different capacity. This amazing group of 25 airmen processed about 4200 pairs of glasses in 2 hours. There were some reading glasses, some sorting glasses and some washing/drying glasses. Thank you for your commitment to “We Serve”. They will be heading back to Korea may they all stay safe.🙏🦁🦁🦁

Just received photos from a mission in Zambia we supported by way of Anita Held and her volunteer organization. It makes us very proud of all those volunteer hours when we see our eyeglasses on smiling faces on the other side of the world. Helen Keller would be elated. Go Lions!!!!
