Today was live fire training day for our 2026/27 Apprentice group. Thank you to Eielson AFB Fire Dept. for the use of their facility and the manpower to make it happen! We had several evolutions in the burn building and then some car fire evolutions to wrap up the training. Strong work from everyone on a hot sunny day!

If you are still missing your Airpods, and keep pinging them. They are charged, sitting on the chiefs desk. Last week a very kind citizen found a pair of Apple Airpod Pro's and dropped them off here at the station. Their reasoning being that once charged the owner would be able to track the airpods and would come pick them up. No one has come to pick them up, so we are now sharing on social media. If you have lost your airpods in the area, stop by or call us here at the station, 907-488-2232. Let us know what the airpods are named and we will gladly hand them over.
