North Port Economic Development The City of North Port is one of the fastest growing cities in the country. The Economic Development team is ready to serve and help North Port grow!

While North Port's residential growth has spurred its rise as a young and vibrant city, its growing commercial and industrial base is distinguishing it as a choice business destination. North Port's manufacturing base is enviable especially considering that it is a fairly new city having been founded in 1959. North Port has several prime development sites, ample sewer and water capacity and excellent interstate access via I-75.
