DPW reminds all residents that the Winter Parking Ban is in effect from November 15 through April 15. Please review the regulations below to help keep our roads safe and ensure efficient snow removal:

• No vehicles may be parked in the Public Rights of Way between 1:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. from November 15 to April 15, except in an emergency.
• During active snow operations or declared snow emergencies, parking on any Public Right of Way is prohibited at all times.
• To allow for safe and effective plowing and ice removal, the Director of Public Works may remove any vehicle obstructing snow or ice operations. All towing and storage costs will be the responsibility of the vehicle owner.

To prevent damage to equipment and ensure plow trucks can safely navigate all streets, please remove all basketball hoops and any recreational equipment from roadways and curbside areas during winter months. Items left near the street pose a hazard, may be struck or damaged during plowing, and can hinder snow removal operations.

We appreciate the cooperation of all residents in helping maintain safe, passable streets throughout the winter season.

Stay safe, and thank you for your understanding!
