In light of recent events and the current political climate under President Trump's administration, we're considering forming a new political movement that embodies our collective aspirations and values. We've identified three potential names, each symbolizing distinct principles. I'll give more detail on each name in this thread:​

The Atlas Party:
Emphasizing shared responsibility and resilience, representing those prepared to shoulder the challenges of rebuilding and strengthening our nation together.​

The Prism Party:
Celebrating diversity and transparency, highlighting the importance of multiple perspectives coming together to form a unified, clear vision for the future.​

IMO. The greatest concern with AI is not it continuously improving itself beyond us but it improving itself to the point where it can improve us. What happens when AI de-codes exactly what makes the best of us the best. What happens when AI learns what made Einstein a genius and the rich pay for that set of genes to be put in their children? What happens when the gene mutation for myostatin inhibitors is able to be put into populations. Could lengthen cones to see IR light etc. Create a few hundred and they start breeding and within a few generations you have a population of a few ten-thousand whose most incompetent are more capable than the rest of humanity's best. It would essentially be the speciation of humans, an evolution accelerated by Ai's understanding of DNA and developmental processes.

"Gattica" but real world and far more dangerous.

On its own it isn't bad but humanity is consistent with one thing. This advancement would create an us vs them crisis leading to a war of survival that our kids could not win. How could they? People who were designed to be better than AI, by AI.

Somebody is currently trying to hack me. I've gotten password reset emails and fraud alerts from Instagram and from banks I don't even use. Phishing attempts as well that aren't picked up by the spam filters. ~If elected president I'd construct a glass prison and put it in the major cities specifically for fraudsters and scammers.
