"Sharing the Spirit of America"

We’re excited to announce that North Ridgeville will be part of a historic commemoration. On July 8 at 6:00 p.m., communities across the globe will participate in a rolling reading of the Declaration of Independence, honoring the first public reading of the document 250 years ago.

North Ridgeville’s contribution to this tribute will take place in Council Chambers at City Hall and we invite residents of all ages to join us. Whether you would like to participate in the reading or simply attend and observe, this is a unique opportunity to reflect on the words that helped shape our nation and to be part of a meaningful America 250 celebration.

We hope you will join us as we add North Ridgeville’s voice to this shared reading of one of our nation’s founding documents.
